Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Slowly add the warm water, stirring constantly until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin sheet.
