Ingredients

  • 1 head of escarole, washed and cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the escarole, onion, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  4. Place the foil on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the mixture halfway through.
  5. Serve the grilled escarole warm.
