Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
