Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 (6-ounce) flounder fillets

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the oregano, thyme, basil, parsley, pepper, and salt and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the wine and lemon juice and bring to a simmer.
- Add the flounder fillets and cook, turning once, until the fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the fish to a plate and sprinkle with the parsley.
- Serve immediately.
