Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (110 g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (50 g) honey
- 1/2 cup (50 g) sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried cherries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix until well combined.
- Add honey and mix until well combined.
- Stir in almonds, walnuts, apricots, cranberries and cherries until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely before removing from the baking sheets.
