Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (110 g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) honey
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped dried cherries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix until well combined.
  3. Add honey and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in almonds, walnuts, apricots, cranberries and cherries until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely before removing from the baking sheets.
