Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Fillings of your choice (e.g. jam, nutella, fresh fruits)
  • Honey for serving

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease the skillet lightly with butter.
  3. Pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to brown slightly.
  5. Flip the crepe over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Once all the crepes are cooked, fill each crepe with your desired filling.
  9. Fold the crepes into half moons or triangles and serve with a drizzle of honey.
