Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Fillings of your choice (e.g. jam, nutella, fresh fruits)
- Honey for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease the skillet lightly with butter.
- Pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to brown slightly.
- Flip the crepe over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Once all the crepes are cooked, fill each crepe with your desired filling.
- Fold the crepes into half moons or triangles and serve with a drizzle of honey.
