Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle with spice mixture.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
