Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Place chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over chicken wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping wings halfway through. Raise the oven temperature to broil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Transfer cooked wings to a bowl. Pour honey garlic sauce over wings and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
