Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the cooked meatballs. Gently stir to coat the meatballs in the BBQ glaze.
Serve the meatballs warm.
