Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
