Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, and sea salt. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the Instant Pot and pour in 1 cup of water. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to Manual/High pressure for 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure and open the lid. Carefully remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the ribs.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.
