12 ounces mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms, bacon, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are tender.
