Ingredients
- 12 ounces mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms, bacon, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are tender.
