Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove pork chops from skillet and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together flour, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Pour sauce over pork chops.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
