Ingredients
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Directions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer.
- Add the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
- Place the marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dip each marshmallow in the chocolate mixture, coating completely.
- Sprinkle the sprinkles over the marshmallows, if using.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set, about 10-15 minutes.
