Ingredients
- 2 cups of Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup of Elderflower Syrup
- 1/4 cup of Sugar
- 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 packet of unflavored Gelatin
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the apple juice, elderflower syrup, sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square pan and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
