Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
