In a medium bowl, stir together the drained sweet corn, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crushed corn flakes cereal.
