Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz) cans sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crushed corn flakes cereal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 quart baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the drained sweet corn, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crushed corn flakes cereal.
