1 pound thinly sliced beef (flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, red pepper flakes, orange juice, and sesame seeds. Mix until combined.
Add the beef to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
Serve the bulgogi beef with white rice, extra sesame seeds, and green onions.
