Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef (flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, red pepper flakes, orange juice, and sesame seeds. Mix until combined.
- Add the beef to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
- Serve the bulgogi beef with white rice, extra sesame seeds, and green onions.
