Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8oz or 226g)
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs (60g)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter (60ml)
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped strawberries (80g)
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (30g)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Mix until everything is combined and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add in the chopped strawberries and mix until everything is combined.
  3. Using a spoon or small scoop, scoop out a tablespoon of the truffle mixture and roll it into a ball.
  4. Place the truffle balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Once the truffles have frozen, roll them in the powdered sugar.
  6. Serve the truffles chilled or at room temperature.
