Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound pork, diced into cubes
  • 1 large Napa cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of spicy noodles

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Napa cabbage and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chicken broth, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.
  5. Add the sauce to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
  6. Cook the spicy noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Serve the pork and Napa cabbage stir-fry over the spicy noodles.
