Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
  2. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers. Place the skewers onto a greased grill and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  3. Serve the skewers with your favorite vegetables or sides.
