1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
6 slices of bacon, diced
1/2 cup of diced onion
3 eggs
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion and cook until softened. Remove the onion from the skillet and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Line the bottom of the pre-made pie crust with the bacon, onion, and cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
