Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spread peanut butter evenly on bottom of pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chips, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir until blended.
- Add egg and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture over peanut butter in pie crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
