Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the bowl and mix to coat with the marinade.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with warm tortillas, salsa, guacamole, and cilantro.
