Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 4 scallions (green onions), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 packages ramen noodles

Directions
