  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
