Ingredients

  • 1 package of ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the carrots, bell pepper, and peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and water and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot.
