Ingredients
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Add the carrots, bell pepper, and peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and water and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot.
