2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Directions
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat in the flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
