Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk or almond milk to thin it out.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
