In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to drop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around the edges.
Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
