Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, and black pepper, and stir to combine.
  4. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
