Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup oats
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the oats, zucchini, walnuts and blueberries until well blended.
Transfer to the prepared pan.
Bake for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
