Ingredients
1 large spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the squash on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or until the squash is tender.
Once the squash is done cooking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Using a fork, scrape the strands of the squash and place them in a bowl.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the squash strands. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping to ensure even cooking.
Once the hash browns are golden brown and crispy, remove from the heat and serve.
