Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hibiscus powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut flakes, almonds, cranberries, chia seeds, and hibiscus powder.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
