- Ingredients listed on cake mix box (eggs, oil, water)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag large marshmallows
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- Edible candy eyes
- Chocolate chips
Directions
- Prepare vanilla cupcakes according to package instructions and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Frost cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
- To make lamb faces, cut large marshmallows in half and use a dab of frosting to stick on edible candy eyes and chocolate chip for the nose.
- Cut mini marshmallows in half diagonally and press onto cupcakes to create lamb's fur.
