Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, Kahlua, vodka, and brewed coffee. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup Kahlua and 2 tablespoons of vodka until warm.
- Poke holes in the top of the cake and brush the Kahlua and vodka mixture over the cake.
- Let the cake cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
