Ingredients

  • 4 large yams, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
