Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  6. Add the potatoes and carrots, and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
