  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. Clean the chanterelle mushrooms by gently brushing off any dirt or debris. Cut them into smaller pieces if they are large.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
