Ingredients

  • 20 large white mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
