  • 8 ounces udon noodles

  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and slightly softened.
