  • 1 pound ground beef

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix the ingredients well using your hands until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
  4. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
