  • 6-8 large banana peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds and membranes
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat
