These sour cream chicken enchiladas are a comforting and satisfying meal that the whole family will love. The creamy sour cream sauce paired with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and flavorful spices is guaranteed to be a hit at the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10-12 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)

Directions
