Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 pear, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cherry balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add blue cheese, sour cream, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.
