Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
