Ingredients

  • 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped

  1. Wash the sabudana under running water until the water runs clear. Soak the sabudana in enough water to cover it for 3-4 hours or overnight.

  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are tender. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Add the soaked sabudana and roasted peanuts. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
