Ingredients
- 18 Oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
