Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried navy beans
  • 1 smoked ham hock
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions
