Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken, cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoons Maharaja curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
